1. The illustrations commissioned are strictly for personal use only!
(YES: Pfp, banners, or headers for personal accounts, wallpapers, personal post/edits)
(NO: Icon, Pfp, Banners or headers for monetized or profitable account, merchandise design)

2. I have the right to decline commissions
3. I will not work with AI related transactions.
4. I may use final illustrations for my portfolio/promotional purposes.
5. Illustrations may take 2 weeks to 1 month to finish for the normal scale, and 1-2 weeks to finish for Chibi.
6. sample illustrations and references sent by both parties should strictly be used for their intended purposes only.
7. DO NOT use commissioned illustration on AI.PAYMENTS:
1. For ko-fi commissions, full payment is required before the start of the sketch.
2. For commissions outside ko-fi, 50% down payment is required before the start of the sketch. The rest of the payment can be sent after finalizing the illustration and HD version of the illustration will be sent to your email.ALTERATIONS:
1. sketches may be altered 2 times. Additional fees will be added afterwards.
2. alterations beyond the sketching stage will have additional fees (depending on the alterations)REFUNDS:
1. Once the commission has been started there is strictly no refunds. (Unless I am unable to complete the commission on the given TAT due to emergency or scheduling issues, then refunds will be given)DELIVERY:

2. General updates and progress may be viewed via my carrd. For detailed update please contact me through ko-fi or other socials.
3. Private updates will be given to the client after every major progress (Sketch/lineart, base color, rendering) and feedbacks and changes will be ask before proceeding with the next step.
If a step is still ongoing but you wish to receive an update you may contact me anytime!
